Feng Jin Wang files plans for 42-unit building in Flushing

Feng Jin Wang, on April 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 42-unit, 37,654-square-foot residential building at 44-15 College Point Blvd in Flushing.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, six-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: new 6-story + basement apartment building with community facility use.

The basement and ground floor of the building will have health care treatment facilities, dwelling units, recreation room, and a residential terrace. Floors two through six will be used for apartment units.

Angelo Ng and Anthony Ng Architects is the architect listed on the application.
