Exact Capital files plans for 182-unit mixed-use building in Parkchester
Exact Capital, on January 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 182-unit, 173,111-square-foot mixed-use building at 1340 Blondell Avenue in Parkchester, the Bronx. Nimrud Eyal of Exact Capital filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story, mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: new seven-story mixed-use dwelling.
Per the plans, the building’s cellar will have parking for 225 cars. The ground floor will have commercial space and community facility space, a residential lobby, and eight dwelling units. The second floor will have 25 dwelling units and two recreation spaces. The third floor will have 27 dwelling units and a gymnasium. Floors four through six will each have 31 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have 29 dwelling units.
The developer filed rezoning proposals for the development in 2018, according to reports.
The building will be designed by Aufgang Architects.
The property was acquired with 7 other properties for $8 million on March 10, 2016.
