Essex Plaza Management Associates files plans to subdivide zoning lot occupied by a 71K sf residential building in East Elmhurst

Essex Plaza Management Associates, on May 8, filed a $1,000 permit application to subdivide their 71,900-square-foot residential building’s zoning lot into two tax lots. The property is located at 110-14 Astoria Boulevard in East Elmhurst.

In some situations, such as this, they can indicate the developer intends to subdivide zoning lots and/or file alteration planes with the Department of Buildings.

The project is described in the filings as: filing no work alt1 to subdivide zoning lot into 2 tax lots The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,000.
