Essex Plaza Management Associates files plans for a 65-unit residential building in East Elmhurst

Essex Plaza Management Associates, on May 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 65-unit, 69,884-square-foot residential building at 32-14 111th Street in East Elmhurst.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, 7-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building 7 story, 65 residential units.

The proposed building will have 27 parking spaces as well as storage space for 30 bicycles on the ground floor. The ground floor will also have a lobby, laundry, and a 426-square-feet tenant recreation room. Floors two through four will have 12 units each, Floors five and six will have ten units, and the seventh floor will have nine units.

Michels & Waldron Associates LLC is listed as the architect for the project.
