Eric Schwimmer files plans for 10-unit building with retail in Staten Island

Eric Schwimmer through the company Fiume LLC, on February 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 9,562-square-foot mixed-use building at 65 Thompson Street in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 48-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number S00632068. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new building 10 family with ground floor retail five-story.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will be used for retail space. Floors two through four will each have three dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have one dwelling unit.
