Trinity School files plans for $5.9M rehab of theater in the UWS

Trinity School, on February 1, filed plans for a $5.9M rehabilitation of a theater on the Trinity Campus at 121 West 91st Street in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.

Trinity School is a highly selective preparatory school for grades K–12 that was founded in 1709.

The plan call for a rehab of the 50-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00650226.

The project is described in the filing as: filing herewith for renovation of existing theater on trinity campus. No change to use egress or occupancy on this application.
