B&F Management files plans for 121-unit mixed-use building in Garment District

B&F Management, on March 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 121-unit, 89,376-square-foot mixed-use building at 12 East 37th Street in the Garment District, Manhattan. David Bildirici filed the plans.

Last year, in early March, the developer filed plans for the construction of a similarly sized building at the site. However, those plans were “closed by the admin” just two months later.

The plans call for the construction of a 323-foot-tall, 33-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00665956. The development site spans two tax lots.

Below are zoning diagrams of the plans.

The project is described in the filing as: filing 33-story new building as per plans.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have one dwelling unit and recreation space. Floors two through 33 will each have 33 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have an exercise room and lounge.

The architect listed is Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects.
