Enclave Equities permitted for 251-unit mixed-use building in Wakefield
Enclave Equities, on may 10, received a permit for construction of a 251-unit, 222,445-square-foot mixed-use building at 714 East 241st Street in Wakefield, Bronx. Jonathan Seplowitz, VP of investments, filed the plans.
The plans, pre-filed on October 10, 2019, call for the construction of a 110-foot tall, 11-story mixed-use building.

The plans are described in the filings as: construction of an 11-story new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. The second floor will have indoor and outdoor recreation spaces and 25 dwelling units. Floors three and four will each have 26 dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have 25 dwelling units, floors six through nine will each have 26 dwelling units per floor, and floors 10 and 11 will each have 22 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have parking.
The property was acquired with five other properties for $2.7 million on February 6, 2014.
