Plans filed for 35-unit resi building in Flatbush

Mark Beinhorn through the company Newkirk Equities LLC, on January 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 35-unit, 26,962-square-foot residential building at 585 Argyle Road in Flatbush.

The plans call for the construction of a 64-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new six-story, 35-dwelling-unit building.

Floors one through five will each have six dwelling units per floor, according to the plans. The sixth floor will have five dwelling units and a recreational terrace.

Cycle Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect on the application.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.
