Elie Fouerti files plans for 191-unit resi building, most units in Coney Island this year

Elie Fouerti, on December 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 191-unit, 223,299-square-foot building at 2957 Shell Road in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of the most dwelling units in the neighborhood this year, according to an analysis of new building plans filed with the city’s Department of Buildings by PincusCo.

The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00646589. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and parking for 111 cars. The second floor will have 27 dwelling units, a gym, terrace, and recreation room. Floors three through five will each have 34 dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have 24 dwelling units, the seventh floor will have 23 dwelling units, and the eighth floor will have 13 dwelling units. Floors six through eight will all have terraces. The roof will have a swimming pool.
