Ekstein Development, Pinnacle receive TCO for 42-unit condo with $148M sellout in Nomad

Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real Estate, on December 11, were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 42-unit, 71,717-square-foot condo at 30 East 31st Street in Nomad. Erik Ekstein is listed as the principal of sponsor on the developments condo plan, which has a $148,566,600 sellout with the New York State Attorney General.

The DOB plans, pre-filed on February 12, 2015, call for the construction of a 459-foot tall, 40-story building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years and 10 months.

The project is described in the filings as: new building.

According to the plans the building has a banquet hall, residential lobby, and an exercise room. The dwelling units span floors two through 39, no floor has more than two units.

Morris Adjmi Architects was in charge of the design.

Residences are being marketed by Douglas Elliman Development, with prices ranging from $1.65 million dollars to $12 million dollars.
