Arben Mitaj files plans for a 44-unit resi building at recently purchased Riverdale site

Arben Mitaj through the company 3001 LLC, on December 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 44-unit, 29,744-square-foot residential building at 3001 Grand Concourse in Riverdale.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new apartment building.

The ground floor will have a lobby, two dwelling units, and recreation room, per the plans. Floors two through nine will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the 10th floor will have two dwelling units.

Badaly Architects is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans have not been filed.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The property was acquired for $650,000 on April 29, 2020.
