E.G Development submits $23.2M condo plan in Vinegar Hill
On December 18, a condominium plan for a building with nine residential units and eight parking units at 288 Water Street In Vinegar Hill was submitted to the New York State Attorney General. Harel Edery of E.G Development is listed as the principal of the sponsor for the development, which has a sellout price of $23,225,000.
On October 3, 2019, Edery filed plans to demolish the single-story building which occupied the property previously. In January of this year, the developer then filed plans calling for the construction of a 50-foot tall, five-story, 14,304-square-foot building with nine dwelling units on the property.
The building’s cellar will have storage space, a recreation room, and a fitness room, per the plans. Floors one through four will each have two dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have one dwelling unit. The roof will have recreation space.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
