Dynamix Scaffold Group files plans for 21-unit mixed-use building in Bushwick

Dynamix Scaffold Group, on April 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 21,202-square-foot building at 24 Dodworth Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. William Miranda filed the plans. Ariel Miranda was the signatory when the property was acquired for $305,000 on March 16, 2005.

The plans call for the construction of a 52-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00716392.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 75 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed mixed-use building. Five-story with cellar.

The architect listed is Mark Weinberger Architect PLLC.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and community space. Floors two through four will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have three dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space and the cellar will have a gym.
