Xiaoke Tang files plans for 27-unit resi building in Sunnyside
Xiaoke Tang, on April 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 22,945-square-foot residential building at 43-25 52nd Street in Sunnyside, Queens.
There have been six new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 90-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00711760.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 50 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new nine-story multifamily building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. The second floor will have recreation space and three dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have four dwelling units per floor, and floors eight and nine will each have two dwelling units. The building will have nine parking spaces.
The architect listed is Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects.
The property was acquired for $1,000,000 on July 10, 2020.
