Durst Organization files plans for $10M multi-floor rehab in Times Square

The Durst Organization filled plans, M00462875-I1, calling for a $9.99 million rehabilitation of three floors of an office building at 151 West 42nd Street in Times Square.

The plans call for work on floors 30 through 32 of the 792-foot tall, 51-story, 1.8-million-square-foot building.

Per the plans, the work is for 75,000 square feet of space.

IBI Group is the architect named.

According to the firm’s website, a $150 million capital improvement program which introduced a new lobby and entrances, new elevator cabs with destination dispatch controls, base building upgrades, and energy efficient technological enhancements, was completed at the building recently.
