Durst finishes $17M rehab to 4th floor at 1 Bryant Park

Durst, on July 9, completed a $17 million rehab of one floor of a building at 1 Bryant Park in Midtown.

The plans, pre-filed on February 1, 2018, call for a rehab of the fourth floor of the 811-foot tall, 55-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $17 million.
