Durst finishes $14.7M fit-out for Nasdaq in Times Square

The Durst Organization, on June 9, formally completed a $14.7 million fit-out for Nasdaq at 151 West 42nd Street in Times Square.

Nasdaq first announced they were moving their headquarters to the building in 2018. In 2019 they signed a lease for an additional 35,512 square feet of space, bringing their total leased space at the property to 180,000 square feet.

The plans, pre-filed on March 30, 2020, call for work on floors 26 through 28 of the 792-foot tall, 51-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: (Nasdaq) three floor tenant fit-out consisting of offices, open work space, and meeting rooms with interconnecting/convenience stair. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,660,465.

M Moser Associates LLC is listed as the architect.

Durst recently filed plans for a $9.5M build-out of space leased by the video-sharing social networking service known as TikTok in the building.
