The plans call for a rehab of the sixth floor of the 205-foot tall, 17-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00531637.

The project is described in the filing as: filing for interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy under this application.
