Durst files plans for $1.8M rehab of two floors at 4 Times Square
The Durst Organization, on July 20, filed a permit application for a $1.8 million rehabilitation of two floors at 151 West 42nd Street, known as 4 Times Square, in Times Square.
The plans call for a rehab of the 38th and 47th floors of the 792-foot tall, 51-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: install wind barriers at existing parapets on floors 38 and 47 (marketing 39 and 48). The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,789,175.
Durst has been actively renovating 4 Times Square so far in 2020. Including this filing, there have been 18 A1 or A2 plans filed by the developer this year. The largest of the 18 were a $14.7 million tenant fit out on three floors leased my NASDAQ, on March 30, and a $13 million rehab of three floors on February 26.
