Durst files plans for $11.5M multi-floor rehab in Times Square

The Durst Organization filed plans for an $11.5 million rehabilitation of three floors of an office building at 151 West 42nd Street in Times Square, Manhattan.

The plans call for a rehab of floors 43 through 45 of the building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00503733.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction on construction floors 43, 44 and 45 (marketing floors 54, 55, and 56).

Gensler is listed as the architect.

In March, the developer filed plans calling for a $9.99 million rehab of floors 30 through 32 of the building.
