Durst files $9.5M plans for build-out for TikTok in Times Square

The Durst Organization, on June 2, filed plans for a $9.5M build-out of space leased by the video-sharing social networking service known as TikTok, at 151 West 42nd Street in Times Square, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on floors 57 and 58 (construction floors 46 and 47) of the 792-tall, 51-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00508230.

The project is described in the filing as: general construction for TikTok space on construction floors 46 and 47 (marketing floors 57, 58).

Gensler is listed as the architect.

The developer recently filed plans for an $11.5 million project involving work on floors 54, 55 and 56 of the building.
