Dong Guo files plans for 21-unit resi building in Jamaica
Dong Guo through the company Guoco Development LLC, on April 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 23,624-square-foot residential building at 87-85 153rd Street in Jamaica, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number Q00498792. The development will occupy one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story residential building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and three dwelling units. Floors two through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space and the cellar will have laundry and storage space.
Alfredo T. Fredericks RA is listed as the architect.
The estimated job cost is listed as $3.5 million.
The property was acquired for $1.7 million on May 5, 2020.
