Domenick Schinco files plans for 12K sf restaurant in LIC

Domenick Schinco through the company Dojo LIC Holdings LLC, on June 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 12,461-square-foot cafe and bar at 42-52 11th Street in Long Island City, Queens, just south of the Ed Koch Bridge.

The plans call for the construction of a 53-foot-tall, two-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00741431.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 91 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: Propose to erect a new two-story building with cellar as per plans.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a cafe, coffee bar, and bar.
