TOT Developers is fully permitted for 62-unit mixed-use building in Brownsville

Jacob Landau, on June 6, was given a permit for construction of a 62-unit, 74,380-square-foot residential building at 402 Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Jacob Landau of TOT Developers filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on May 1, 2020, call for the construction of a 144-foot tall, 13-story mixed-use building building.

The project is described in the filings as: multi-story mixed-use building as per plans.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking. Floors two through four will have non-profit space. The fourth floor will also have a terrace. Floors five and six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the seventh floor will have seven dwelling units, floors eight and nine will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, the 10th floor will have seven dwelling units, and floors 11 and 12 will each have 10 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar and basement will have retail spaces and lobby space.
