KD Sagamore Capital permitted 203-unit mixed-use building in Jamaica

KD Sagamore Capital , on June 6, received a permit for construction of a 203-unit, 173,883-square-foot residential building at 159-29 90th Avenue in Jamaica. Ben Daniels, founding principal, filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on September 16, 2019, call for the construction of a 125-foot tall, 12-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 12-story mixed-use building as per plans filed.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and a church. The second floor will have residential space and 16 dwelling units. Floors three through nine will each have 20 dwelling units per floor, floors 10 and 11 will each have 16 dwelling units per floor, and the 12th floor will have 15 dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have a gym, kid’s room, and church space.
