DivcoWest files plans for $12.7M mechanical system rehab at Soho office

DivcoWest recently filed plans for a $12.7 million modification to an existing mechanical system at its office building at 325 Hudson Street in Soho, Manhattan.

The property was acquired from Jamestown for $134.1 million on May 20, 2021. DivcoWest signed an acquisition loan with lender United Overseas Bank Limited valued at $112.2 million for the office building.

The plans were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00731451.
