Developer snapshot: Nush Sukaj’s three NB plans for 56 units in Parkchester

PincusCo is taking a closer look at developers who are relatively less known or reported on but have been filed multiple new building plans so far this year.

In September, Nush Sukaj filed three new building plans calling for 48,126-square-feet of new construction and 56 dwelling units.

All three of the plans were for the construction of new developments in the Parkchester neighborhood of the Bronx.

The largest plans called for the construction of a 39-unit, 28,393-square-foot residential building at 1550 White Plains Road.

The other two plans called for the construction of smaller buildings, one with nine dwelling units and one with eight dwelling units.

The three buildings have a combined estimated cost of $8,300,000, ranging from $1.1 million to $6 million.

Nush Sukaj did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
