Developer snapshot: Yehuda Zelik’s 10 NB plans for 139 units in BK, BX
PincusCo is taking a closer look at developers who are relatively less known or reported on but have been filing new building plans at a frequent rate this year.
In January and February of this year, Yehuda Zelik filed 10 new building plans calling for 85,499-square-feet of new construction and 139 dwelling units.
Four of the plans were for the construction of new developments in Mount Eden, the Bronx, while the other six were for new developments in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The largest plans called for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 29,601-square-foot residential building with 47 dwelling units at 1436 Jesup Avenue in Mount Eden, the Bronx.
The plans were all for multifamily residential buildings (R-2), ranging in size from nine units to 47 units.
Nine of the new building plans have been approved while one has been disapproved.
Yehuda Zelik did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
