Developer permitted for 18-unit mixed-use building in Sheepshead Bay
Leonid Bogomolniy through the company 2652 East 18th Street LLC, on January 22, was given a permit for construction of an 18-unit, 18,362-square-foot mixed-use building at 2652 East 18th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed on July 24, 2019, call for the construction of a 58-foot tall, six-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have commercial space, a residential entrance, and 11 parking spaces. Floors two through five will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have two dwelling units, a recreation room, and a terrace.
Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect.
The single-story structure that previously occupied the property was demolished in December of 2019.
The property was acquired for $1.2 million on July 10, 2015.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
