Chaim Drizen through the company Preminger Land LLC, on May 17, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 630 Crown Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the demolition of a three-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a three-story building.

No new building plans have been filed yet in the City’s DOB NOW: Build platform or BIS Web (Buildings Information System).

It is unclear what the developer plans to do with the site once the demolition is completed.
