City files plans for $35M of civil work at hospital in UES

NYC Health + Hospitals filed plans for $35 million of civil work related to underground plumbing rehabs at 1901 First Avenue in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

The plans call for work in open space of the building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00476128.

The project is described in the filings as: Filed herewith civil work as shown on drawings. Underground plumbing filed separately under DOB NOW # M00476136. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is listed as the architect.

The building is known as NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan.
