Deco Towers Associates files plans for a $5.1M rehab of McGraw-Hill Building

Deco Towers Associates, on July 26, filed plans for a $5.1 million project to replace the HVAC ductwork at the McGraw-Hill Publishing Company Building, located at 330 West 42nd Street in Midtown West, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on floors one through 33 and the basement of the building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00540937.

The project is described in the filing as: Removal and installation of HVAC Ductwork in basement, floors 1-33.

Cosentini Associates is listed as the architect.

Earlier this year, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved plans to renovate and redevelop part of the building, which was originally constructed in 1931.
