$11.4M condo plan with 16 units submitted in Prospect Park South

A condominium plan was submitted by the entity 39-45 Argyle LLC for 16 residential units at 45 Argyle Road in the Prospect Park South neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The condo plan, CD210203, has a sellout price of $11.4 million with the New York State Attorney General. David and Marc Chemtob and Samuel Kairy are listed as the principals of the sponsor.

No new building plans have been filed at the address. However, in 2007, David Chemtob filed Alteration 2 plans to renovate 16 units in an existing four-story building.

The plans were initially permitted the same year, and received subsequent permits most recently in May of this year.

In development nearby, the Daten Group received a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 70-unit, 85,862-square-foot condo building at 575 4th Avenue in the neighborhood last year.
