David Pllumbi permitted for 38-unit resi building in Pelham Parkway

David Pllumbi through the company DK Matthews Ave LLC, on March 11, was given a permit for construction of a 38-unit, 24,590-square-foot residential building at 2093 Matthews Avenue in Pelham Parkway.

The plans, pre-filed on February 12, 2021, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, six-story, 24,590-square-foot residential building with 38 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: new six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and two dwelling units. The second floor will have eight dwelling units, floors three through six will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The building will also have 12 parking spaces.

The property was acquired for $630,000 on January 25, 2021.
