Brookfield permitted for $21M project at Grace Building
Brookfield Properties, on March 10, was given a permit for a $21 million project for work on the cellar and ground floor of an office building, known as the Grace Building, at 1114 Avenue of the Americas, in Grand Central, in Manhattan.
The project will establish places of assembly in the cellar of the building.
The plans, pre-filed on February 24, 2020, call for work on the cellar and ground floor of the 591-foot tall, 47-story, 27,410-square-foot building.
The project is described in the filing as: filing Alt 1 to establish places of assembly in cellar and replace existing glass structure on first floor.
The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $21,000,000.
