David Grunfeld files plans for 21-unit resi building in Greenpoint

David Grunfeld, on December 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 14,371-square-foot residential building at 75 Mcguinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Thee have been 13 new building plans filed in Greenpoint this year.

The plan call for the construction of a 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00645194. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have laundry and two dwelling units. Floors two though seven will each have three dwelling units per floor, the eight floor will have two dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have storage space.

The architect listed is Kao Hwa Lee Architects Pc.

The estimated job cost is $2.1 million.

The property was acquired for $2.2 million on October 29, 2019.
