Daniel Hirsch files plans for 67-unit mixed-use building in East Village

Daniel Hirsch, on December 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 67-unit, 68,531-square-foot mixed-use building at 250 East Houston Street between Avenue A and Avenue B in the East Village, Manhattan.

The job has an estimated cost of $7.3 million.

The plans call for the construction of a 72-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00647624.
