CW Realty files plans for 82-unit mixed-use building in LIC
Cheskie Weisz’s CW Realty, on December 9, filed a permit application for construction of an 82-unit, 71,667-square-foot mixed-use building at 26-04 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Matt Katz, director of development, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 149-foot-tall, 14-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00582731. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: Proposed 14-story mixed use building.
The ground floor of the building will have a lobby and retail space, per the plans. Floors two through 12 will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the 13th floor will have five dwelling units.
The architect listed is Kao Hwa Lee Architects PC.
Earlier this year, the developer was given a permit for construction of a 59-unit, 39,818-square-foot residential building at 68 Gold Street in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn.
