Croxdale Real Estate files plans for 18-unit mixed-use building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Croxdale Real Estate, on July 22, filed a permit application for construction of an 18-unit, 27,610-square-foot mixed-use building at 625 Rogers Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Nigel Boyden, president of the company, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story mixed-use building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00554452. The development site spans three tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: filing herewith for a new six-story residential building to include a cellar and mezzanine.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, community space, and two retail spaces. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, while floors five and six will each have three dwelling units. The roof will have both public and private terraces. floors three through six will all have an accessory terrace. The cellar will have nine parking spaces.
