Concourse Village files plans for $16M rehab of building’s exterior in Longwood Melrose
Concourse Village, on August 6, filed a permit application for a $16 million rehabilitation of the exterior of a building at 780 Concourse Village West in Longwood Melrose. Concourse Village is a Mitchell-Lama housing cooperative development.
The plans call for a rehab of the podiums of the 216-foot tall, 25-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: podium repairs as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15,98 million.
The architect listed on the application is Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc..
These are the first plans filed at the development since 2017.
