Commerce Realty Group files plans for 42-unit resi building in Briarwood
Commerce Realty Group, on December 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 42-unit, 29,378-square-foot residential building at 143-26 84th Road in Briarwood, Queens. Marc Richter, president of acquisitions, filed the plans. The plans were filed on behalf of Jacob Ashkenazie, who is behind the development.
Commerce Realty Group is a real estate brokerage and development firm with over $50 Million in residential sales and 75,000 square feet built, per their website.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00651672. The development site spans two tax lots.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and parking for 21 cars. Floors two through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
