Sam Muratov files plans for 18-unit resi building in St. Albans
Sam Muratov, on December 16, filed a permit application for construction of an 18-unit, 15,158-square-foot building at 177-44 129th Avenue in St. Albans, Queens.
Per an analysis of DOB NB filings, these plans call for the construction of the most dwelling units in the neighborhood this year.
There are several inconsistencies in the filing. The zoning information states there will be 18 dwelling units in the building but the project description states there will be 16. Meanwhile, the floor plans only reference eight units.
The plans call for the construction of a 40-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00649026. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: herewith file new four-story building with 16 dwelling units.
Per the plans, each floor of the building will have two dwelling units.
The architect listed is Gerald Caliendo Architects.
