City receives TCOs for 48-unit, six-building development in East New York
The city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, on February 1, was issued temporary certificates of occupancy for six, eight-unit buildings in East New York, Brooklyn. Five of the developments are located on Schroeders Avenue and one is located on Gateway Drive. Molly Wasow Park, the former deputy commissioner for development with the NYC HPD, filed all of the plans. Molly currently works as the first deputy commissioner with the NYC Department of Homeless Services.
The time between pre-file and TCO for each of the six developments was three years and six months.
MHG Architects PC was listed as the architect for all of the developments.
The first TCO was issued for plans pre-filed on August 14, 2017, which call for the construction of a 37-foot tall, four-story, 6,870-square-foot residential building with eight residential units at 129 Gateway Drive in East New York.
