City files plans for 82-unit residential building in East Harlem
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development, on November 5, filed a permit application for construction of an 82-unit, 55,051-square-foot building at 107 East 123rd Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Rona Reodica of HPD filed the plans. The building will have supportive and affordable housing.
The HPD recently filed plans for a 140-unit, 126,301-square-foot residential building at 100 Throop Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The Manhattan plans call for the construction of a 164-foot-tall, 15-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00607118. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: Filing to erect a new 15-story community facility building. Supportive Housing use group 3. Affordable housing.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, nonprofit institution space, offices, a meeting room, and lounge. The second floor will have a community room and laundry. Floors three through seven will each have seven supportive housing units per floor, floors eight through 12 will each have six supportive housing units per floor, and floors 13 through 15 will each have four supportive housing units per floor. The cellar will have nonprofit space, offices, and a meeting room.
