Mendy Tessler files plans for 51-unit resi building in Fordham
Mendy Tessler, on November 4, filed a permit application for the construction of a 51-unit, 26,826-square-foot residential building at 2187 Ryer Avenue in Fordham, the Bronx.
Earlier this year, the developer filed plans for construction of a 45-unit, 18,750-square-foot residential building at 2361 Morris Avenue in the same Bronx neighborhood.
The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00622829. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units. Floors two through eight will each have seven dwelling units per floors. The roof will have recreation space.
