Michael Rosenberg files plans for 63-unit, 41-unit buildings in Cypress Hills

Michael Rosenberg, on November 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 63-unit, 36,923-square-foot mixed-use building at 2777 Atlantic Avenue and a 41-unit, 28,080-square-foot mixed-use building at 2767 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the first and second most residential (R-2) units in the neighborhood so far this year. There have also been plans filed for one hotel building with 75 (R-1) hotel rooms.

The development sites are separated by one lot.

The first plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00624645.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and four dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have nine dwelling units per floor, and floors seven and eight will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The building will also have outdoor recreation space.
