City files plans for $6.2M project at Morrisania school

New York City School Construction Authority, on January 25, filed plans for a $6.2M project at a school building located at 660 Fox Street in Morrisania, Bronx.

The plans aim to provide a new elevator and wheelchair lift, among other work, to the building.

The plans call for work on all floors of the 85-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00667718.

The project is described in the filing as: X062_Provide new passenger elevator, accessible doors and hardware, wheelchair lift, and upgrade per ADA standards. Provide new exhaust ventilation system, ducted split unit, and electric heater unit.
