City files plans for $5.3M project at Staten Island school

New York City School Construction Authority, on November 29, filed plans for a $5.3 milled project to replace air handling units in a Staten Island high school at 465 New Dorp Lane.

The plans call for work on all floors of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number S00634848.

The project is described in the filing as: Replace existing air handling units, exhaust fans, and return fan. Balance airflows in existing classrooms, offices and toilets to match existing design CFM. Replace existing HVAC controls with BACnet BMS.

Princeton Engineering Services, PC is listed as the architect.
