City files plans for 29K sf school in Rego Park

The New York City School Construction Authority, on October 5, filed a permit application for construction of a 29,459-square-foot school building at 65-30 Dieterle Crescent in Rego Park, Queens. Joe Scalisi, chief project officer at NYC School Construction Authority, filed the plans

The plans call for the construction of a 37-foot tall, two-story school building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of proposed two-story and cellar new school building.

According to the plans, the first and second floors will both have classroom and office space. The cellar will have student and staff dining, a kitchen, and storage space.

Ciardullo Architecture & Engineering is the architect.
